We offer a range of activities and sessions at our administrative base at Observer House, Shrewsbury and other local groups in the county. Our current timetable from August 2016:
Arts and craft group – 1pm till 3pm – A friendly drop in group to explore your creativity.
Unity Group – 10.45am till 12.45pm. Offering support to those with bipolar diagnosis. A support group for people living with bipolar. Regular attendance is helpful in order to encourage the confidence to share feelings. Please telephone for details.
Keep Fit with Paul – 1pm … A moderate workout followed by a Relaxation Session
Mind@Play – 4.45pm till 7.45pm. A chance to have a fun social evening. Chill out and meet other people.
Wednesday Waffle – (Breakfast Club) – 11am – 12 – Join us for tea/coffee and toast…. it’ll be Waffley nice to see you!
Women in Mind – 10.30am till 1pm. Varied programme including art and craft activities, company and support.
Shrewsbury Mental Health Carers Group
If you care for someone with mental health issues, please come and join us for support and information.
Hearing Voices Group – Meet at Shropshire Mind on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. The group meets from 1 – 2.30pm and is simply a group for people with shared experiences to come together to support one another. It offers a safe space for people who hear, see or sense things that other people don’t, to feel accepted, valued and understood.
