In addition to the drop-in sessions, we offer a range of activities at Observer House, Shrewsbury and at other local groups around the county. Our current activities from January 2018 for Shrewsbury are listed below. This is a structured group workshop so please ring to book a place.
Unity Group – 10.45am till 12.45pm.
Offering support to those with a diagnosis of bipolar. Regular attendance is helpful in order to encourage the confidence to share feelings. Please telephone for details.
Support with issues surrounding housing, form filling and financial issues.

A chance to have a fun social evening. Chill out and meet other people.

An opportunity for company and conversation over tea and toast.
Women in Mind – 10.30am till 1pm.
Varied programme including art and craft activities, company and support.

Hearing Voices Group
Meet at Shropshire Mind on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. The group meets from 1 – 2.30pm and is simply a group for people with shared experiences to come together to support one another. It offers a safe space for people who hear, see or sense things that other people don’t, to feel accepted, valued and understood.
